As a Personal Trainer and Rock Climbing Instructor I was looking for the perfect training tool that would bring all the training benefits of rock climbing into a compact easy to use training tool. The Concept
The large holes and foot rail afford an optimal fixation point for the hands and feet allowing large muscle groups in the legs, across the core and into the arms to work together in a twisting force in order to stay on the wall while moving a foot or a hand.
This twisting force is called
